My Story
Wellness has always been a passion of mine, starting with the high school weight room and eventually leading me to a career in personal training. In 2009, I began to experience a decline in my own health due to a mystery illness. I saw numerous specialists with no diagnosis and was made to feel that my symptoms were all in my head. That lead to me to explore alternative medicine and nutrition as a way to take control of my body. I experienced a lot of relief, but still had no answer. It took 18 years to get that answer. I had Lyme Disease. Since my diagnosis and treatment, I'm happy to report that I have been able to recapture my health at a level I did not believe possible. I am so proud to be a guide to clients who are going through their own journey, to help them regain their health and power.
My Approach
I take a holistic approach to wellness, focusing on bringing balance to all areas of life that can contribute to a persons vitality. Our work will challenge you to address areas such as career, social life and relationships, home environment, and creative outlets as well as the food on your plate. This is client-lead coaching that will empower you to take the necessary steps to integrate the changes that are most important and impactful for your life. Growth is the goal!
